You will be part of a support team that answers incoming calls of a technical nature relating to a range of products or services with the objective of resolving / escalating the customer’s issues as quickly as possible. The calls will be from customers of VoizTech using the VoiZIP Products and Services both locally and internationally.
n addition to this, you will be expected to pro-actively identify areas for service and procedural improvement and undertake outbound calls as and when necessary.
The Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT or a Degree in any field. Those with Technical certifications or experiences will be an added advantage
At least 1 year experience in IT Support related position
Strong command of spoken and written English is compulsory; the ability to communicate in other languages will be an advantage
Fundamental networking knowledge is essential.
Must be able to work on shifts if required
Able to start work immediately
