You will be provided with a VoiZIP DID Number when you subscribe to the service. Using this VoiZIP DID number, you can now make and receive calls on your phone adapter or VoiZIP Softphone regardless of where you are by just using an internet line.

The first is our VoiZIP Softphone dialer. Using the latest technology, you are able to make phone calls through our VoiZIP Softphone. With VoiZIP Softphone, you can now put a phone on your PC or turn your laptop into a phone that you can take with you anywhere. Your account can be used anywhere in the world, as long as the laptop or PC you are using meets our technical requirements.

The second is using the latest IP Devices, such as the Analog Telephone Adapter. These devices connect directly to your existing Internet connection and remove the need to make calls using your PC.

The third method is by using the VoiZIP Mobile Dialer, whereby subscribers of VoiZIP Services will be able to download this VoiZIP Mobile Dialer for free and they can use it with any GPRS enabled phones. The user just needs to send a GPRS packet data to enable the Call Back function from your mobile phone. This feature is very useful for users who are always on the move and it does not require the use of the Analog Telephone Adapter nor VoiZIP Softphone. The application just works off your phone on a GPRS. Currently the VoiZIP Mobile Dialer works on all of the following mobile phone models i.e. Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson & Mini O2.
